National and regional expertise and program management offering support for strategic growth
November 19, 2024 – ECT announces the hiring of Lauren Frank, PE within its Northeast region to support its growing water infrastructure practice. With an emphasis on water and wastewater project permitting, design, and delivery, Lauren brings national and regional experience and relationships that are essential to the firm’s commitment to advancing water solutions that meet community and industry needs.

Based in Metro Boston, Lauren’s background includes municipal water/wastewater and treatment process development, the pursuit and management of various multi-million-dollar infrastructure systems, as well as related permitting and compliance expertise, particularly within the New England market. Prior to joining ECT, Lauren held engineering and management roles with several well-respected national engineering firms.
Within her role at ECT, Lauren will join a team of national water practice leaders delivering solutions, including ecosystem restoration, water quality and compliance, stormwater management, and water resource engineering. The firm continues to invest in water-market talent and technology to advance new and existing solutions necessary for today’s funding, climate, and water quality challenges.
Lauren holds a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University as well as a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Arizona. She is a member of The New England Water Environment Association and is an avid runner, often running marathons for charitable causes.
