Vision for Progress

2024 was a pivotal year for ECT. After successful founder transitions, our employees, along with select clients and partners, spent almost a year developing our long-range strategic plan. An all-company event energized our leadership team and set us on the path to progress.

This plan is our true north – it has served to further align leadership, strengthen client relationships, and empower employees and their career development, knowing clearly what matters at ECT. The plan hinges on four goals that center our efforts to deliver the future for colleagues, clients, and the communities we serve.
