Metro Boston Office Enhances ECT’s Commitment to the Northeast

Strengthening our commitment to clients and communities in the Northeast.

October 21, 2025  – Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) opened an office in metro Boston in support of its local team and commitment to its Northeast client base.

Located in neighboring Newton, the new location positions ECT to better support municipalities, utilities, and private clients with responsive, on-the-ground solutions throughout the Northeast.

The Boston team offers expertise in environmental consulting and engineering across critical water and energy infrastructure markets. By combining local insight with national technical depth, ECT delivers innovative, community-focused solutions across the region.

Over the past year, ECT has built a ten-person team led by Lauren Frank, Operations Director, and spearheaded by Tom Hazlett, Chief Operating Officer.

The Newton office is located in the historic Telegraph Building, originally built in the late 1800s for the Gamewell Fire Alarm and Telegraph Company. The location offers convenient access to Boston and surrounding communities in the Northeast.
