Catch up on evolving environmental regulations and critical shifts in state and federal law.

ECT recently completed our Fall 2020 Lecture Series: The Business of the Environment in October 2020, and we are pleased to share these resources with the public. The five-lecture series provides a comprehensive overview of federal and state laws and regulations that guide much of our work.

The lectures were delivered by Mr. Mark Richardson, an environmental attorney with more than 30 years of experience, including eight years as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Water Quality in Macomb County, Michigan. Mark maintains a private practice in Berkley, Michigan where he specializes in environmental and land use law. For more information, see the syllabus and speaker biography attached.
